I totally agree about sustainability, especially about the highly processed foods that are out there. But as you say live and let live!<br />No one is perfect, not even the strictest of vegans (shock horror!) so don't listen to those people who make you feel bad about not being vegan - or make you feel bad about anything really. You make an impact on the world in other ways.EssMickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15593008819840184778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4694111302924349491.post-11916685831315418652012-02-22T12:10:13.476+11:002012-02-22T12:10:13.476+11:00Very well said Karla - totally agree! Us vegans / vegetarians need to do so much better in the PR stakes. It's so easy to get into heated debates over our own beliefs but it doesn't solve anything. Spreading awareness is good, arrogance is not.Karlahttp://kindercuisine.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4694111302924349491.post-50343288828582271802012-02-21T22:18:23.048+11:002012-02-21T22:18:23.048+11:00Well said! I get annoyed with *some* vegans who consider their food highly sustainable despite (some/most) being heavily processed meat substitutes and junk food imported from South Africa and the US... Live and let live i sat but these are usually the same people who make me feel bad for not being vegan...Cate Lawrencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11068520532566968605noreply@blogger.com
